FAQ
Which screens can I use?
Depending on the model, Samsung TVs and signage displays running Tizen, as well as Hisense Android displays, can be used directly. Other HDMI screens can connect through Raspberry Pi or mini-PC players. We will review your existing equipment together.
Can I keep my receivers?
Emberware supports control of Sky Q, Digitürk, VU+/Enigma2 and Amino over the network or infrared. The connection method depends on the device.
How does setup work?
We agree screens, receivers, channels and network with you, set up your location and support the installation remotely, or on site when needed. A small proxy at your location connects the devices to the platform.
What can I try in the demo?
You can select channels and try out layouts on virtual devices. The public demo does not currently include a full Auto-Pilot simulation. We will show you how it works for your location in a personal walkthrough.
How do pricing and support work?
You pay a monthly flat fee per location. We agree the scope and any hardware you may need in advance. If you have questions, you can reach us by chat in the interface or by email.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. The Emberware app for iPhone and iPad is available in the App Store free of charge. You see every screen at your location as a tile, switch channels, put the day's matches on a screen, control the sound and receive push alerts about faults. You sign in with your customer account.
