Which receivers can the Event-Switcher switch?
Sky Q, VU+/Enigma2 and Android-based DAZN boxes. We check together before you start whether your model works.
Where do the games come from?
From a continuously updated schedule with the broadcasting channels. Emberware assigns each game the matching channels on your receivers. If the schedule names only one provider, you pick the channel with one more click.
What do I need at my location?
Your receivers on the local network and a Raspberry Pi or Windows PC running the DigitalSat agent. For the TV wall you also need an HDMI matrix.
How does the free trial work?
You create an account at digitalsat.emberware.de and add a payment method. For 14 days you use DigitalSat with Event-Switcher free of charge, after which your chosen plan, Basis or Pro, starts. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The trial is available once per customer.
How can I cancel?
Via “Manage subscription” in DigitalSat. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. That is also where you switch between Basis and Pro.
Is there an app?
DigitalSat runs in the browser on PC, tablet and phone. On your phone, you add the page to your home screen as an app.
